Are Procare and MyProcare the same thing? ›

MyProcare is a parent portal available to Procare Cloud customers, that serves two primary purposes: New families may register online or be placed on a wait list.

At the Forgot Password screen select ​the method you wish to use to have your password reset, either Use Verified Method or Answer Security Questions. Depending on the option selected, answer the Security Questions or input the verification code sent to the selected Verified Method.

Select the person you want to merge into the Primary Procare User. Click once on their name to select them, then click the right arrow button (>) to place them on the Merge Procare User list. You can only merge one user at a time.
