Ordering and Shipping

When can I expect my shipment?

All of our shipments are sent via UPS or USPS and take two to four days to arrive after your order is shipped. We freeze our flatbread before shipping however your flatbread will arrive thawed. They are ready to heat-and-eat upon receipt or should be put into your freezer immediately.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, at the bottom of the home page, click on "Track order status" and put in your order number and email or clickhere as well: Track order status

Is it ok that my bread isn't frozen when it arrives?

Yes,Bread will not arrive frozen or chilled. Bake immediately upon receipt for optimal product. For a longer shelf life, place the flatbread inside provided pouch and place in freezer to refreeze and preserve freshness. Do not refrigerate or store at room temperature.

Will all of my items arrive together?

To ensure proper freshness, at time some items are shipped separately, allowing for an item that is perishable to have limited transit time.

How long do they last in the freezer? How about the refrigerator?

You should not store the flatbread in the refrigerator. However, our flatbreads will last in the freezer for up to3 months. If you are going to freeze them, be sure to put them into the freezer right after you receive them.

Bread Size

There are 4 slices of bread perloafas our serving size. So 3 loaves are 12 slices and 6 loaves are 24 slices.

In terms of measurements, the size of theloafis 15” long by 7”wide and you get 4 slices out of thatloafthat are 7.5” long by 3.5” wide.

Baking Instructions

The flatbread can be heated in the oven straight from the freezer. Please note that cooking times are longer and will vary based on your oven.

  • Pre-Heat Oven to 425° F
  • Brush 1 TBSP of Olive Oil over surface of bread
  • Sprinkle with ¼ TSP of Salt over entire surface of the bread
  • Bake on sheet tray for 6 to 10 minutes
  • For darker crust bake directly of oven rack
