I amfollowing upon myinitial review because the General Manager was absolutely awesome after wehad anot sogreat experience! Hecame and talked tous about what had transpired, heapologized, and heensured usthat our truck would bereassembled ina timely manner and itwas. Itwas ready for pick upthe next morning, everything was intact, even with the damaged area, and weare very grateful for the time the GMtook totake care ofus. Although wehad topay $301.00tosimply get our truck back, the GMtook care ofus and turned avery negative experience caused byservice advisor into apositiveone. SoI will give credit where itisdue, thank you totheGM! Heis the reason for myupped rating and myadditional comments tomy original review. Thankyou!

what was going onwith the estimate, five days later wewere put onterminal hold long enough for usto drive from our house tothe business and request what wehad been onhold for for almost 30minutes! Professionalism isdefinitely NOT their strong point and wedo not want them working onany vehicle weown. Wewill NOT bemoving forward with this business tocomplete our work/claim.00

I chose this shop toavoid dealing with another that denied cracking mywindshield. Set anappointment for repairs 3weeks inadvance (2pm ona Tuesday.) Asked receptionist when scheduling, ifthey had adrop box because mywork hours are hectic— was advised ithad tobe byappointment because paperwork was required prior tointake. Showed asscheduled. Was advised bythe receptionist that myappointment was not intheir system. She asked ifI was sure Imade the appointment. Why else would Ishow atthis specific location, onthis specific date and time, ifnot? She went tospeak with the manager. Unprofessionally, the manager did not come out tospeak with meand instead the receptionist came back with nonew information, noapologies, and noresolution. They must not need business, atleast mybusiness, soI informed them Iwould find another shop tohandle myrepairs. This place isinefficient, has poor management practices, and the desk staff isrude and unaccommodating.… – show

I would not recommend this company. Ihad aminor scratch onthe outer housing part ofmy passenger side mirror. The job said itwould take one day but itdidn't. The staff were not customer friendly either, Erica (front desk representative), told memisinformation which caused abig issue with myinsurance company. William “Bill” Hawkins who was the person assigned toensure mycar was fixed properly did not communicate with meand mycar was not fixed properly the first time and then Ihad tobe inconvenienced tobring mycar back tothe shop onmy work day and goback and forth with him for something they didn't fix properly. Myfull review isposted ontheir Facebook page because Ireached the maximum character limit via this review. The only person who was helpful was the Production Manager Mike Wilson, Ithank him for intervening and trying tofind asolution that would help the customer.… – show

Laura was totally professional, and the painter and windshield technicians were efficient. Ireceived myvehicle two days early. They washed myvehicle before returning itto meand made sure the inside was asI leftit. They even armoraled mytires.

Signature collision Killed mybattery
A tech told methey left adoor open while awaiting replacement plastic parts and that the battery was dead.
I appreciated them tellingme.When pressing the supervisor topay for the battery they killed, heclaimed ‘standard practice disconnected battery’, couldn’t possibly beour fault, your old battery just time toreplace, aren’t wenice tellingyou. Ofcourse wewon’t pay forit.
They jumped itbefore Igot there, sonothing tosee.
When Iturn it
off athome, the dome light won’t even comeon. Noindications ofhaving had adisconnected battery.The cumulative evidence ismuch more indicative ofthe tech’s story than the manager.
Integrity isdoing the right thing when noone islooking. This isn’t that.
Corporate culture ofcoverup and defensiveness, not ofcustomer satisfaction and owning honest mistakes.
I recommend you find abetter place that stands bytheir work and mistakes.
