1. WHAT THIS WARRANTYCOVERS, AND FOR HOW LONG:
Bad Boy, Inc. will, at its option, repair orreplace, without charge, any partcovered bythe warranty which is found to be defective inmaterial and/or workmanshipwithin two(2) years* after date of sale to the originalretail purchaser unless theproduct isused for rental purposes, in which case thiswarranty is limited to ninety(90)days.

2021 Evaporative Emission Control WarrantyStatement
Federal EvaporativeEmission Control Warranty YourWarrantyRights And Obligations
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), andBad Boy Inc. are pleased toexplain theevaporative emission control system's warrantyon your 2021 equipment. Newequipmentthat uses spark ignition engines for off-roaduse must meet stringent anti-smogstandards.
The evaporative emission control system on yourequipment is designed, built, andequipped so it conforms at the time of sale tothe ultimate purchaser with therequirements of 40 CFR 1060. The evaporativeemission control system is freefromdefects in materials and workmanship that maykeep it from meeting saidrequirements. BadBoy Inc. must warrant the evaporative emissioncontrol system on your equipmentfor twoyears provided there has been no abuse, neglect,or improper maintenance.
