Baby MacDonald: A Day On The Farm, also simply known as Baby MacDonald, is the 12th video of Baby Einstein series. This video is all about the farm, such as growing, planting, meeting the animals, and celebrating the harvest. A cow puppet by the name of Baby MacDonald takes the viewers all around the farm.

• Symphony No. 8 In B Minor, "Unfinished", D. 759, 1st Movement, Schubert: The video starts with a sunrise. Then it fades into a barn that is already seen while the sun rises. Then the scene fades into Rooster, who notices the sun rising, so he wakes up the farm by crowing. The scene then cuts into the opening titles that start with the "The Baby Einstein Company Presents" title card. The scene then cuts to Rooster, who then crows again as before. Again, the scene cuts into the opening titles the 2nd time. Again, the scene cuts into Rooster, who crows again this 3rd time. And finally, it cuts into the opening titles from this 3rd time.

• This is the first appearance of Rooster, 2nd version of Baby MacDonald the Cow, Baby Lamb, and 2nd version Neighton the Horse in PlaySoup form.
• This is the only appearances of Theo Van Goat, Girl Mouse, Baby Chicks and Worm.
• This is the first video to have classical music by Schumann.
• Orange Rikki Rooster by Iwaya is previously seen on Baby Mozart and a different version of the Hide n' Squeak Eggs by TOMY is later seen on Discovering Shapes.
• The 2009 version marks the last appearance of Squirt The Pig in PlaySoup form.
• 1st version of Neighton the Horse in PlaySoup form doesn't return until On The Go.

Goofs[]

• The page turn transition from the inflatable barn puppet show to the Farm card, along with the "The Farm" text is missing starting with late 2004 releases.
• The timing of some of the clips were offset, including the ending of the mud slide scene and the Chirpy the Dancing Chick, causing either blackouts or offset audio. These goofs do not occur in the early 2004 release.
• In the Bonus Puppet show where Neighton steals Cud's food, if the viewer looks carefully on the bottom left corner, June (Or possibly Dave) Privett is visible, not only that, but she can also be seen twice throughout the puppet show.
